● Administration: Filing, maintaining, and organizing records and documents to ensure accurate recordkeeping and easy access to client information.

● Accounts Payable (AP): Entering and managing invoices, paying bills, and communicating with vendors to ensure accurate processing of obligations.

● Accounts Receivable (AR): Preparing and sending invoices, recording incoming payments, and coordinating with vendors to confirm and track balances.

● Emails: Drafting, reviewing, managing, and organizing email correspondence and inboxes on behalf of the client to ensure clear communication with vendors, agencies, and other third parties.

● Financial Planning (FP Planning): Maintaining financial records and developing financial tracking tools to monitor budgeting, savings, investments, retirement planning, cash flow, and forecasting in support of the client’s long-term goals.

● Intake: Gathering and reviewing client information at the start of services, including establishing accounting systems and setting up client accounts.

● Mail: Managing client mail through online mailboxes or physical delivery, including reviewing, organizing, and maintaining correspondence and records.

● Meetings: Participating in scheduled virtual or in-person discussions with the client or third parties to review financial matters, provide updates, and address service needs.

● Payroll: Processing employee compensation and contractor payments, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, issuing payments, filing payroll taxes, and maintaining payroll records and reports.

● Reconciliations: Reviewing and comparing financial records against bank statements, credit card accounts, or vendor statements to confirm accuracy and identify discrepancies.

● Statistics & Reporting (Stats & Reporting): Compiling and analyzing financial data using accounting systems and customized reporting tools to produce performance summaries, key metrics, and detailed reports for client review.

● Taxes: Managing federal, state, and local tax filings, including 1099s, and supporting clients with planning, compliance, and communication with tax authorities.
